Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders for handmade personalised and custom-made items are processed within 10-14 business days. Non-personalised items are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping rate of £5.99 will apply.

  • Shipping Options: Various shipping options are available at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 4 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.

  • International Shipping: Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at the moment.

Custom Orders

  • Customisation Time: Custom and personalised items may require additional time to create. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

  • Non-Returnable: Custom and personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Personalised Orders

  • Standard Shipping: Non-personalised items will be shipped according to the standard delivery times mentioned above.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Address Accuracy

  • Address Confirmation: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery time is beyond our control.   We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
